We do understand that you would be required to return your order due to a number of reasons. We try to provide support as best as we can.
Brand-new, 100% unused items in Original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (no shipping fee refund). The return shipping would have to be paid by the customer. All returns are subject to a quality check by us to ensure the product has not been used. You have to obtain return authorization before returning anything to us. Refunds for the return would be processed only after complete examination of the product by us.
If a product appears to be damaged on arrival or does not work at all, please contact us first at email@example.com with as many details and pictures of your setup. Once we go through your case and we find that the product is in fact faulty, you can return it to us. We will either refund the amount of the product which is damaged or replace it for you. Replacement time is subject to availability of stock.
