Returns and refunds

We do understand that you would be required to return your order due to a number of reasons. We try to provide support as best as we can.

Return of unused items

Brand-new, 100% unused items in Original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (no shipping fee refund). The return shipping would have to be paid by the customer. All returns are subject to a quality check by us to ensure the product has not been used. You have to obtain return authorization before returning anything to us. Refunds for the return would be processed only after complete examination of the product by us. 

Return of damaged items

If a product appears to be damaged on arrival or does not work at all, please contact us first at sales@protocentral.com with as many details and pictures of your setup. Once we go through your case and we find that the product is in fact faulty, you can return it to us. We will either refund the amount of the product which is damaged or replace it for you. Replacement time is subject to availability of stock.

Refund Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an order that has been back-ordered or an order that we are not able to fulfil immediately, you may cancel the order before shipping. Please send an email to sales@protocentral.com for the same
  • Refunds, if approved would be processed by our payment provider EBS and is subject to their time lines. Typically, it takes about 10 business days after we process the refund for the refund to be processed by the provider.
